Luckily we requested to have our items delivered the day before the wedding as they turned up dirty, the cutlery wasnt polished and the candle holders were so dirty like they were used the day before and hadnt been touched, covered in candle wax. Our venue called them up to let them know this was unacceptable, we have paid full price for this service and they turned around and called the venue liars and tried to blame the venue- they hadnt even been touched by the venue at that point only opened the boxes. Thankfully I chose the right venue and they managed to get the suppliers to collect them and clean them and redeliver the next day but had we had them delivered to us on the day of the wedding nothing would have been done and wed be left with dirty cutlery and candle vases. A good business would not go around blaming the customers/venue. We would have had no issues had this been dealt with completely differently. It is added stress that is not needed on a bride/grooms one special day. However, we cant fault the correspondence in the lead up to the day, it is just a shame the above occurred and wasnt handled more professionally.

I have known Jenny for many years now and have benefitted from her fabulous doughnut wall and Baileys fountain on many an occasion both for birthday parties and charity events. Nothing is ever too much trouble. When my daughter was getting married we knew that Jenny had such a fantastic range of props, and was so accommodating with such creative flair that she would be able to create what we wanted. My girl wanted a Beauty and the Beast theme for her decor and Jenny gave such massive attention to detail that the room looked absolutely breathtaking. Our guests, wedding suppliers and the venue staff were commenting all day on how incredible it all looked, it really was amazing. We cannot thank you enough Jenny, our guests also loved your gin bar, Prosecco bar, waffle cart and doughnut wall too. Thank you so much for having a massive input on making the day so perfect X

Working with Chocolate Falls was one of the best decisions of our wedding planning - Jenny took so many questions, uncertainties & hours of work away from us in the blink of an eye! Visiting Jenny's unit aka treasure trove of goodies was well worth the trip, to be able to play around with table decorations and see everything that she has to offer was not only invaluable but also great fun. On the day of the wedding, allowing Jenny do all the set up was such a relief - it meant we could get on with enjoying all of the day with full trust that everything was going to be exactly as we had imagined. Jenny created a venue which went beyond our expectations, thank you!

I had arranged with Jenny to come and see her in person to have a look at the decorations and finalise. We made the two hour trip to the facility, where we waited. I eventually rang and found out from Jenny's daughter that she was unwell with Covid and would have to re-schedule. I get it, people get ill and things need to change last minute, but to give no notice is poor customer service. Apparently an email had been drafted, but not sent, the night prior. If it was me I would've rung/text/emailed until I had a response from the customer. I had no follow up email or apology after this, so emailed Jenny myself to say I was feeling uneasy. Rather than talk this through, I had a fairly short, unsatisfactory reply in which I was told to find another supplier. Overall my experience has been negative. A decent apology goes a long way.
