They erected the scaffolding on the wrong side of the house and too low for our builder to gain access effect the repairs. This had to be rectified. Their delays resulted in additional expense. Over 20 roof slates were broken by their carelessness and had to be replaced more expense. They then had the gall to charge us for the delays they had incurred and, when I telephoned to complain, was told by the manager that I was "taking the Michael". Oh yes, and my hammer they borrowed, as they had forgotten to bring one, is still rusty from being left on the roof...
