Popped in today for a computer. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable guy who even offered a discount without me even asking. I got a great computer for a great price and had a good chat. I will certainly be returning. 5*

Feel really ripped off , charged 10 to unscrew 2 screws on my Dyson battery pack ( I had no screw driver that fitted ) that was after being charged 40 to swap the cable over on my tv ( took him literally 2 minutes ) I know petrol is expensive but 40 to com 12 mile round trip !!!, never use this place ever again in answer I would have thought to unscrew 3 screws , push the battery out , try push new one in , re push old battery in re screw 3 screws , doesnt justify 10, after leaving I called at the Townsend electrical shop he unscrewed tried to fit , re screwed up , promised he would fit the correct battery, all for FREE , brilliant customer treatment.
