Received my order from Leisure Depot and I couldn't be happier. Item came but had the wrong brackets for my van. I sent an email explaining what i had received and that the brackets supplied would not fit. The guys behind the scenes did some magic and a few days later, i now have the correct brackets. Very pleasing service indeed. Recently ordered a bike rack for my motorhome. When unpacking I noticed a damaged part from the factory. Emailed LD and in a few days had a new part delivered so I could get on installing the rack. Top service will definitely return for some more motorhome related kit when needed.

I am absolutely furious with this company I ordered 2 items to get home from work and find out they have been delivered to a neighbour to witch I wasn't given the details of and was told I'm not getting a refund or a reship and was told this in email wot are your thoughts on this company people? I have copied and pasted the emails from the customer service.. (Hi unfortunately, as the couriers records show this has been successfully delivered to a neighbour we are not able to provide a refund If your neighbour is refusing to pass this over to you this should be considered theft and we would recommend this incident is reported to your local police Sorry Kind regards Bob (Hi Unfortunately, if the buyer is not at home when the driver tries to deliver the parcel they are instructed to leave with a neighbour if possible If this neighbour will not pass these on then this is considered theft and is a police matter Sorry we are not able to issue a refund under these circumstances Sorry Kind regards Bob) This should not be my Jon to contact police or chase up my order I should get a full refund or replacement order can someone please get in contact with me about this please your customer service is terrible

Scam behaviour. Goods arrived damaged offered replacement or refund. Refund chosen, 10 emails, 6 phone calls, to chase up progress; two months delay before receiving refund in three incorrect instalments. Return courier collection point 24 miles round trip, no acknowledgement of inconvenience or personal cost. Poor communication, unwilling to resolve the situation. Leisure Depot falls short in all respects of efficient and effective business. Avoid, plenty of other businesses deserve your custom.
