ISHOP247 LTD

I bought 2 lamps online from them (separately, one was a replacement for the other), both arrived with broken glass. Their customer service clearly don't know how to read, It took 3 emails for them to read the first sentence of the first email. They repeatedly ask the same question, despite having answered it right from the beginning. They lie about not being aware of things when it's literally the first thing you tell them. Complete joke of a business with no care at all. Seems they're very happy to try and take advantage of people with a disability. Updated with the photos sent to Amazon who advised me to throw them in the bin seeing as ishop247 want to acuse me of being dishonnest... Didn't expect much else from a company like this.

Sent me totally the wrong part and asked me to return and I would be refunded including my postage. Refunded me for the part as they didn't have the correct part but in spite of numerous e mails and promises I didn't get my postage refund. Out of pocket for their mistake. Avoid!

SHOCKING company!! One star is too many!! Terrible company to deal with!! I bought an awning for my van when it got delivered the driver for DX left the awning in front of my door resulting in this the awning has been stolen! I explained to the driver to leave it in a safe place like down the side of my van next to the fence or under the van if possible! Oh no it got left outside my front door!! Ishop247 arent accepting any liability for this as I spoke to the driver may I add who didnt follow my instructions! So following this Im 777 down and Iv had to buy another awning (not of Ishop247!!). I will never deal with this company again!! And I hope my review makes other people think twice because they dont deserve the custom!! Dont believe what ever they reply to this review because if I could copy and paste all the emails to this review I would!!! SHOCKING
