Westfield Surgery

Always find the receptionists helpful and I've always got a timely appointment. Sometimes I have to wait a couple of weeks for something non-urgent, but that's fine. When it's been urgent, we've been seen. Even though we always seem to see a different Doctor, they are always welcoming, make you feel at ease and take time to listen. Considering most surgeries are quite overwhelmed, I think Ryelands does a pretty good job. I do recommend it to friends who are with HMG.

Not the best medical practice to be fair,my mate has been trying to get his records for the past year coz he has moved to a different surgery,he had his daughter are waiting to have surgery but, their current practice cannot go ahead because Westfield's reluctance to comply with their request and their new GP.

They have helped me a lot, they have always been very attentive and kind and if I need a face-to-face appointment they always give me an appointment very quickly. There are times when it is difficult to contact by phone, but when that happens I try to wait an hour or two and problem solved.

Can never get throu then when u do no appointments I ordered an inhaler 3 days ago first time they said it didnt go throu 2nd time they said I have to have an asthma review so I did that on line then they told me the doctor hasnt done it because I need a review which I did the day befor last week I was due a blood test but was not allowed in the doctors until I had had a covid test done?? No symptoms of covid no reason for asking for a test and 4 days before I had a smear done at the doctors still no results I went for the covid test obviously it was negative so had to re book blood test so in totally its take 4 weeks to get a blood test done discusting. this doctors is appalling very little care given I will be changing my doctor because westfeild walk is awful
