Refresh Sewing Machine Sales

Do not hesitate even for a second when buying from Refresh. These guys really are masters of the art and provide the most amazing service. I don't usually leave reviews but on this rare occasion it was only right. If there was an option to give 10 stars i would gladly do so. For my telephone enquiry I was talked through how to find my machine specific bobbin thread on their website which is very simple and easy to use & the product was delivered less that 48 hours later. Based on my initial experience with the team I will always go to Refresh first for all my sewing and embroidery needs. Thank you Refresh for providing a service not only with a smile but for also going above and beyond.

If there was an extra star I would gladly give it. I cannot praise Refresh Sewing in Leominster highly enough. I recently bought a machine from them, and had a 1:1 tuition 'get to know your machine' session with Wendy. a whole bag of wonderful goodies - and it felt like Christmas had come early! Fabulous service, practical advice, no hard sell, and super friendly.

Refresh are fantastic. They can't help enough. From amazing training on delivery of my machine they have done nothing but go above and beyond with the after care and customer service. Lovely little environment in their shop in leominster and always service with a smile x certianly a service you can trust and rely on. Thank you x
