Our first impression of Chancellors Estate Agents has been very positive. Phone calls and face-to-face meetings with both Natalie and Natasha have been friendly, informative and professional from the off. Natalie arranged and accompanied us on the viewing of a property spotted online. A very polite and professional service was provided to me by Ms Palmer. I attended viewings with Ms Palmer who went out of her to assist me. Having travelled to Leominster from outside the area, she couldn't have been more attentive, helpful and welcoming.

Natalie Palmer has been one of the very few estate agents to actually show a specific interest in our personal property search. She has invested time in understanding what were looking for, communicating effectively and ensuring we are able to view properties of interest. When they havent been quite right, she takes the feedback away and applies it to future viewings so as not to waste both her and our time.
