Odd - like being back in the 1970s. Ordered some roofing sheets etc, which took the best part of a day of telephone tennis with different people needing to call back to order. The next day made a minor change to the order, changing flashing dimensions and adding a bag of fixings. Called first at 9am in the morning to make change to order, and didn't finish until almost 3pm in afternoon, again after much telephone tennis and correcting their mistaken changes to order (flashings wrong and didn't add fixings to order). They wouldn't commit to a date when the order would be ready for collection, and I eventually cancelled order after much fruitless chasing for a collection date. If you want to phone up, place an order, and receive the order within a reasonable timeframe, forget this place. Customer service a fairly fatal mix of inefficient and incompetent (John) and rude (Stephanie). Very strange organisation.
