Archers Cottage & Glamping Meadow

So much better than my photos and bigger on the inside (like the T.A.R.D.I.S. !) Everything you need, and if you haven't packed it with you, shops are about 10 mins drive away. (Just pack it anyway, who wants to go shopping? .) You have a beautiful, cosy and immaculate cottage to yourself! I didn't venture far, as I'm local, and just needed a break, but it's a great hub if you do. I think it's perfect for couples or solo travellers. I wouldn't suggest bringing your children (or other people's children) unless you have to. I'm sure children are welcome, but I couldn't sit on the sofa for an hour because it was beautiful and I didn't want to mess it up....you're not going to relax and enjoy yourself with small ones. I loved it.

Beautifully kitted out with more than you could possibly need, just in case of a rainy day. A lovely space to be in, with helpful local tips left throughout the cottage. The owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, able to advise about local eateries and trips out. Very much recommend this place for a couple of days away.
