        Drivers are really polite when boarding they are always willing to help. Id lost my AirPods and the driver helped me retrieve them from another service. Keep up the good work!

        Last summer I visited Shropshire/Herefordshire, and to get from Ludlow to Hereford I travelled on Lugg Valley's 490 (Lud - Leo) and 492 (Leo - Hfd) services. The drivers on both services were polite and friendly. Looking forward to returning to the area to sample more of their services!
