        This branch never calls you back or deals with paperwork. Three months and still fighting. Even Head Office can't get them to speak to customers. Sack them and close branch.

        Branch at Ludlow now closed, supposed to pay in at Post Office but they don't accept cash unless I have a 'deposit card'. Spent an hour trying to get through to a real person at HSBC after been fobbed off by Andrew their friendly online advisor robot! I only run a charity account and want to speak to someone !!! I want to speak to someone at Leominster where our account is supposed to be moved to but I'm not gong to drive 10 miles to the branch. I am now going up to Barclays who still have a branch in town and opening a new account there. DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
