        I had an issue with a battery that I purchased a couple of months ago. I walked in and after a wait of around half an hour (Bearing in mind I could hear the staff talking about their weekends) I finally got greeted by a gentleman who really couldn't care less! I explained the situation as well as showed him the receipt from a local garage, who indeed confirmed that there was a dead cell inside the battery and he rather abruptly said that he couldn't do anything as the managers were not present. I couldn't believe what I had heard. I counted my losses and purchased a battery from elsewhere.
