This was my first time purchasing from a Brightwells auction and although I was hesitant at first, I couldnt be more pleased with the service. As a USA buyer purchasing from their classic cars auction, the overall communication from the classics staff couldnt be better. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful answering all of my questions, and Emma was very quick to exchange any needed documentation and information to me through email. The whole process was much more pleasant than an experience I had with a popular USA based classic auction company. Once the car was released, I arranged transportation and import to New York City through Eddie @ Wheels for Reels who took care of everything. It was a positive experience all around and wouldnt hesitate purchasing from Brightwells Classics again in the future.
