Good Dog Pet Care Services

I cannot recommend this service enough. Without Tim, I wouldn't have been able to continue at my job after I had some situation changes. My dog Obi is pretty nervous but took to Tim instantly, and the walks have been an absolute lifeline, meaning that Obi gets to have adventures in different places and with different dogs than I would take him with. Tim is fantastic with communication, always lets me know when he's going to pick Obi up and gives me an update if there have been any issues or unusual behavior. The 'pupdates' are super cute, to the point where I use his pictures when people ask what my dog looks like! :') The rates are great, and they also do weekends! (for a higher fee which is totally justified and I have no issue with) I contacted so many companies before finding this one that just didn't do weekends at all and you had to have a set day every week, the service is the most flexible out of any Norwich provider I could find which has been essential as a shift worker. I only use the dog walks but they provide loads of different services which you can book/cancel/edit online and then view in a calendar. I trust Tim 100% and am so grateful to have found such an excellent dog walker. They really care about the dogs and it shows. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Danielle truly is our fairy dog mother! Danielle & her team have walked my Sprocker since he was a puppy & I couldnt ask for a better service. She is professional, trustworthy & so knowledgable about all things canine welfare & wellbeing. Freddie always has the best time with his perfectly matched pals.

With very short notice, Helen was able to walk our sons collie (Boo) every day for 10 days, during Boos stay with us. We were delighted that she was able to help us out. Helen quickly established a very warm, friendly relationship with Boo and we felt entirely reassured that Boo was safe and happy with her. We would not hesitate to contact you again to walk any dog in our care. You were recommended to us by a very good friend, whose dog absolutely adores her walks with Helen and Danielle. Thank you. Excellent communications throughout. Marcus is the walker who has been responsible for my dog. He is very aware of the need to ensure a relationship is built with the dog. He treats our dog as though it were his own and provides updates on the welfare of the dog in particular when he is required to collect the dog from home for a walk and replace him whilst we cannot be home. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks to all those in the team.

Helen was amazing caring for our young pup while we had to go to work. She was very reassuring and we knew both the dog and the house were in safe hands. Helen communicated with me throughout her visits how our puppy was getting on, which was really reassuring! Danielle was brilliant with admin and emails and the whole process of booking was really easy! Both ladies were really helpful with advice, as this was our first family dog. Thank you to you all! We will continue to use your services and would recommend to anyone looking for a dog walker.
