        I have had an underlying pain with my rib for a number of years following a bike injury which I finally decided to address due to issues sleeping and discomfort whilst driving and sitting. After a few sessions with Chris the change has been amazing and I am no longer in any discomfort and my sleep has greatly improved. I highly recommend.
