Don't be fooled by the price of the house's. I was interested in a style of property but unable to proceed at the time. As time continued i was then in a position to be able to pay an early bird reservation fee for a property of the same style. Approximately 4 months from my initial interest to when the new plots were released the prices had risen by 70000 & add to this the guide of a garden room (30000 ?) which is not with the new plots makes this a rise of 100,000 in 4 months. We all understand that there is likely to be marginal rises but not by this much. I have wasted my time waiting for the price release & now have to look somewhere else. Those who have already bought their homes must be overjoyed with the increase in their investment & i wish them good luck & well done. I must say that the sales staff on site are very good.
