        Today tried to get an appointment and to be told to ring back in 2 weeks, this is a mess as been ther and nobody in the waiting room

        They have a new phone system but even at 0830 the lines are full. So its better - at telling you "All our lines are busy please call again later"!! If you eventually get through to speak to a receptionist you are informed, "there are no appointments available so go to a Pharmacy, a walk-in Centre or dial 111". It's so frustrating one can never see a GP, a Medical Practitioner or even get a phone back. Where is the Service provision in that? The phone system is just a screen to prevent you from seeing, or getting a call from a GP at this surgery. So perhaps you should visit in person? Don't bother they won't let you book an appointment as it has to be done by PHONE!! And so the circle of frustration deepens - its not good for one's mental health.

        Wonderful doctors who are always kind and supportive- Grateful-Thankyou However some of the reception staff are not suited to dealing with folk with serious health issues, unprofessional and rude attitude, very disappointing and distressing! A formal complaint is forthcoming.
