        What a fantastic experience, would highly recommend to anyone thinking of taking the plunge. Instruction was clear, I felt totally safe and looked after, whilst understanding I had responsibility for myself. The feeling of swimming in cold water is hard to describe but words such as empowering, elation spring to mind. Jude and Paul thank you for making it such a memorable day.
