Just be careful. I read good things about the Brook Green sales team. However if you are considering using their Ladbroke Grove team to Manage your rental property I would suggest you think twice. They manage my property. They persuaded me to hire them to make my life easier. When this contract expires I will never again use them to manage my property. Due to their inept management and extremely slow response times. On more than one occasion taking 5 weeks to respond. IMHO the Property Management team at Ladbroke Grove are incompetent. They are not customer centric and they are not property manager experts. Avoid.

Having dealt with numerous different estate agents in the past few weeks, I would like to say Druce has been by far the most helpful, polite, honest and assisting in my quest to find a new rental property. Every email query I had was answered promptly and every call was answered with the best customer service and advice and I would like to thank Oliver and Jessica in particular for providing an outstanding service
