Too many patients for the size/capacity of the surgery, almost impossible to get through on the phone for a triage assessment, being no. 18 in the phone queue is not unusual. When you do get through the Dr you require is not in that day, despite the website saying they would be. Altogether a very frustrating experience, many ways in which a little forethought could improve the service. However, should you be lucky enough to have Dr contact (via phone) the Dr's are helpful and professional.

Terrible practice! Takes a week to get registered. Clearly struggle to deal with the number of people already registered.

Leiston surgery is brilliant. All the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. I couldnt stand up this morning with back pain and had a long journey ahead. One call and the dr I spoke to made sure I could access a prescription from where I was. He rang back to check. This saved my holiday. Thank you
