Not sure how these good reviews are on this page must have been written by friends or family as we didnt get anywhere to 5 star service.We visited this location and chatted for some length with Bev about a hot tub for 2 people and was told that they had a good 2nd hand 2 person one so we took her advise and went home with the measurements to make sure it would fit.and it did so with great joy I phoned back to say we would like to purchase it that was 2 calls left on answering service 2. Calls to her assistant in 5 days now been over a week with no contact not even to say the hot tub was sold VERY DISAPPOINTED Bev seemed so nice

We purchased a preloved elite platinum hot tub 4 years ago and we love it just as much as the day we bought it. The ladies that work here are so friendly and knowledgeable so if you have any issues regarding maintenance they can help. We buy all our chemicals and filters from here as they have a points system that makes the pricing just as competitive compared with Amazon plus I can just drop in and collect asap if we need it immediately. Would highly recommend dropping in to browse and not to discount their Preloved hot tubs as you can often get a higher spec machine for your money.
