Dreadful service, ended up going to MK suzuki to buy my new S Cross, the salesman I spoke to could careless about my enquiry, and was totally unhelpful and useless. went to my suzuki and the bent over backwards to help me.

Had the 3rd MOT & Service carried out on my Suzuki Swift at Anthony Betts Leighton Buzzard. I initially came across them during COVID when I was looking for a garage who could collect my car to carry out the above. Sadly other Suzuki dealerships which were closer to me either had bad reviews or simply were not prepared to come out to me in Rickmansworth. Steve in Service called to confirm my booking the day before and arranged for Nick the driver to collect my car the following morning. I had good communication with Steve throughout the day and the car was returned back to me in the evening. As always brilliant service from Steve, (Callum & Ben previously), Nick and Gavin. I will definitely continue to use Anthony Betts in the future and recommend them to others. An honest company that goes the extra mile to provide good customer service. Thank you once again guys!
