Tried for the first time last night, delivery was quicker than quoted - a rarity these days. Food was excellent and well presented with all the sides and soy included, which I don't know at the time so ordered more. Will definitely be ordering again.

I really enjoyed the food from here, especially the katsu curry and the ura maki. Will definitely be trying more items from the menu!

Appalling experience. Ordered ~75 worth of food which still added a delivery fee to our order at 6pm, quoted a 2 hour delivery time. Come 8pm no food delivered, I call the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Online chat can't help, advises us to contact restaurant ourselves today or tomorrow and request a refund. Unbelievably the food arrives at 10.30pm with zero contact or updates. Spoke to a manager who was outraged we are upset at receiving food 2 and a half hours late with no contact and wanting a refund and how could we not be able to understand they were busy so a 4 and a half hour delivery time should be acceptable apparently. No attempt at an apology of any kind. If you want a reliable delivery service and to deal with reasonable human beings I could not recommend this restaurant and for sure have no interest using them again.
