The Sports Therapy Room

My neighbour recommended I see Dave and Carmel after I was in intense pain with an intercostal muscle injury. Nothing could relieve the agony and I ended up in A&E twice on codeine, having X-rays and blood tests to rule out something more sinister the pain was that extreme. After one session with Dave, the pain was almost gone. I was astonished. Just days before I had been in the hospital on strong painkillers so I hadn't expected it could be healed so quickly. Within a fortnight, it had disappeared completely. I continue to see Dave for regular treatments because of being a desk-worker and I have improved so much that I have got into pilates, having joined Carmel's classes. I feel like I've been given a new lease of life. Both Dave and Carmel are delightful and excellent at what they do. I've since booked my mother in with Dave to see if he can help her with her decades-long back problems. I can't recommend the Sports Therapy Room enough.

Dave systematically found every tight and painful bit in my back, shoulders and leg. He not only helped the hand pain I went in for but got my shoulders to sit properly, gave me great advice for posture at work and even helped a hip pain I had been receiving physio for previously. He's a very skilled man!

It is not an understatement to say I entered on crutches and came out, after the session, walking. David may not be the messiah....but he's a very talented man! Informed on what was going on, what he's done to help and what to do going forward to try and prevent a reoccurrence. Excellent treatment.
