        Two good sized rehearsal rooms (one big, one a bit smaller) with decent equipment. Management is responsive to booking queries etc and rates are reasonable.

        Fantastic rehearsal rooms/studio with great kit on hand. I hired the Cobain room at Twenty Two Studios to run through material for a new project and used the in house mixer & front line in the room for vocals which was perfect. Great communication, good value and a hassle free experience, thoroughly recommend checking this place out.

        We use Twenty Two Studios regularly for band practice. It's a great space with good acoustics and kit. The owners are always very helpful and quick to reply, and will always try and fit you in. We would highly recommend
