Mike at Watsons showed me a number of properties whilst I was searching for somewhere to live. He was always attentive and interested in finding what I wanted. The place Ive found I absolutely love and I cant thank him enough for all his help!

Zoe and I began looking for a property to let in December. Mike did a great job answering our questions and sorting out viewing. He made it easy to navigate the day we came by arranging a colleague to show us the place with very little lead time because he wasn't available. This kind of flexibility was so appreciated! The day of, Watsons was so accommodating, especially considering it was very close to the Christmas holidays. They allowed us to store travel bags at the office while we explored the town and even offered to drive us to the property as we didn't know our way around yet to walk there. We've had a great experience with them so far. They made the lease paperwork efficient and easy and have been and a great liaison between the landlord if anything comes up during our rental period so far.

Their reviews were good but my experience with them not so much. The communication via email was very poor. They dont seem to bother to read the enquiries which results in a lot of time wasting. All my details were taken to be told at the end that I would be notified should there be any cancellations for the viewings. At no point I was told that the slots were fully booked. I think Ill avoid letting with them, as they dont value peoples time.

Incredibly impressed with how professional, efficient and communicative the Watsons team are. Weve not had any issues with the agency and from general enquiries to maintenance, theyre always so responsive and prompt to help. My husband and I are first time renters and our experience thus far has been nothing leas than positive! Really appreciate all the help weve received and are confident to recommend Watsons! .
