Clarence Road News and Post Office

Please.. I beg you, have more than one person on the tills. It's late November, and the queue is going out of the door. The poor chap on the tills is clearly struggling. The front of the store is full of parcels, and the clerks workspace is bombarded with even more packages, this is a SERIOUS hazard for your employees and customers. The store for many years would always have two clerks working, and three during busy periods in November/December. This isn't an isolated incident. Since the latest takeover earlier this year, this branch has been run really poorly.

Always trying to rip you off. They put letters through as small parcels. If you send a parcel they will put it through as special delivery without telling you. Avoid.

Was closed on a Sunday morning, depsite the hours on here stating they are open..

I gave 5 star review about a year ago, but now I have no choice but rate this place as a 1 star ONLY. New owner and the place its a mess. Parcels never dispatched on time, 4 days delays, had to question one day why my parcels havent been send, which I took to the post office on Monday morning, and still on the shop floor on Thursday morning? BAD service!

Always closed, can never drop parcels off or collect anything, never opens on time and closes well before 6pm everyday. Nightmare if you need to send/collect parcels.
