Awful experience. I booked this drain cctv survey/report after explaining that I needed it for insurance purposes and would need all videos, drain map and report of all issues fairly quickly as we had a blocked drain causing flooding and damp. On booking, was reassured it would take a day. However it has been almost a month without anything. No report. Just a job sheet with a sentence with what the issues are and some images of the men actually carrying out the cctv imaging?! Told Ricky this was no use to me or insurance company, eventually sent videos but theyre all about 3 seconds long before pausing so No real evidence of whats going on in the drains?! I actually dont think the men who came here to conduct cctv actually recorded any footage and hence I was sent 2/3 second clips. He now has 170 from Which I paid cash on the day and is ignoring my messages. Awful company who dont deliver after youve paid. Stay away. Ive asked for a refund as need to book another cctv survey but he hasnt even tried to resolve matters. Was rather dishonest from the start. Avoid.

Cleared my blocked drains. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.
