Tom is a great PT I've seen really good results and he has guided me through weight lose in a healthy and sustainable way as well as bulding up my fitness level. No fad diets, but being consistent and balanced in working out and eating well. After the initial 3 month weight loss programme, I have continued on with Tom after having such a great experience and will continue to have sessions to keep up my fitness levels.

Ive had a few trainers in the past but Tom has been the best for sure , been with him under two months and lost 2 stone now and seeing improvements every week . Tom is very knowledgeable and been in the industry for years and this is reflected when it comes to the training as its suited for you as an individual and what will benefit you . Also does all the diet plan for you and checking in constantly seeing if everything is fine and just reminding you to keep on pushing on with it all definitely recommend him to anyone looking to better them selves in anyway !

If you want results, Tom is your man! I was overweight and lacked motivation and needed positive encouragement. He tailored an exercise plan to suit my needs and gave me a kick start to healthy eating. I wanted to lose weight, tone up and gain strength and I've definitely achieved it. I followed the weekly exercise plans he sent me, that would change as I lost weight and got stronger, pushing me harder as and when needed. I followed a gluten and lactose free calorie controlled healthy eating diet, allowing myself a 'cheat meal' not a cheat day, as Tom would say. It's a lifestyle change and it needs to work for you, if you can't work out on the day Tom allocates, no problem, do it on the day you can. You get out of it, what you put in and Tom is great at motivating and offering positive and realistic encouragement. 3 months later, i feel healthier in my mind and body, I'm stronger and lighter and the sluggish, heavy feeling has disappeared. Tom has been excellent in delivering his personal training, he knows his stuff. Tom is good at communicating, he's patient, kind and an overall great person. Get yourself booked in, he's very affordable!
