The worst care home and the worst staff I've ever met. They are so horrible, behaving, talking in their language in front of residents, staff and treat residents very bad. The residents are not safe. Family member must take their loved ones in another home. The care home is very cold, poor residents. They are dying of cold. Something must be done. I hope CQC WILL CLOSE THIS CARE HOME AS STAFF ARE UTTERLY HORRIBLE!!!!
