As my first place she has answered all the questions I have had and has been very professional and efficient with arranging another viewing for us. Jade has been very professional and amazing at making sure we are able to move in on the date given.

Would have scored lower if possible, service is great up until they have your money and then youre bottom of their priority list. Both me and the landlord are equally as frustrated and find the level of service ridiculous. Been instructed several times (verbally and written) to return my deposit and they keep changing what information they require despite landlord advising them to release the deposit. Asked twice for my deposit holding information and not been given it, contacted DPS who have no record of my deposit. Constantly having to contact them for updates for what should be a very simple and straight forward process. And on top of all of this you then get attitude from them when you voice your dissatisfaction about the service theyre providing. Couldnt be happier than I am no longer renting a property through them and would avoid them at all costs moving forward
