A friend used this local firm because its a local business and their reviews were good. She told them that her daughters bedroom was leaking they came out and looked can see where the problem was said theyd come back next day which they did but didnt do the job they were meant to fix so roof is still leaking, shes been in contact with them a number of times, its been 5 weeks they still havent been out even though theyve given her day when they said they would come but never turned up! Not saying theyre a bad company but at the minute theyve let themselves down as well as my friend.
