The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental company. While my car was in repair at Pennings, my insurance offered me a hire car with Enterprise. After a few days of having the car I had a puncture while the car was parked which was odd. I had to call an AA guy out and upon taking the wheel off the whole alloy had been deformed. Type of damage that theres no way I could of done. It had heat treatment marks and dents proving someone had tried to repair it previously. I returned the car immediately while the AA was behind on the day. I then found out a few days later that Enterprise are trying to claim on my insurance policy for damages I didnt do, absolutely shocking and outrageous. Even the AA guy said the damage on the alloy couldnt of been done in a day. Im still battling the claim now. Even one of LBs Enterprise employees stated I wasnt at fault for the damage as they could see how its been tampered with. Yet Enterprise didnt even want to listen to one of their own employees. Ill never be getting a car from here again! The only slightly good experience I had from LB enterprise was with Riz. He supplied me with a replacement swiftly and was a great guy to be around.

The staff at the branch are brilliant and very patient. Happy to answer any and all questions, I dealt with Riz and Natalia at this branch. Very professional and put me at ease with the entire hire from start to finish.

Our experience was fine though they obviously set the excess very high with the aim of getting you to pay out for the extra insurance they sell.
