I started suffering with debilitating neck spasms. I was desperately phoning round for help and Ross said to come in there and then. After one session and some at home exercises I was cured!

Ross was absolutely brilliant, he completely cured a problem I was having with neck and shoulder pain. Highly recommended.

I really dont know where to start. I decided to book an appointment with Ross after reading all 5* reviews, but unfortunately my experience wasnt 5*! First of all the place is really messy, dusty, nothing like on the picture. Then, the appointment. It should last an hour but for the first good 20 minutes Ross was telling me his Polish food recipes, what he cooked, his favourite food, the list of ingredients was just endless. It wasnt a cookery club, was it???? Did I really turn up to the wrong place???? Then after the treatment I went to his desk to finish the conversation and pay for the treatment, and Ross asked me to close my eyes (WHAT???????) as he sends the same email with the same attachments to lots of people just changing the name from Dear Someone to another Dear. Someone. I wasnt impressed at all. And one more thing, I know I am a petite person, but taking the mick and making not very nice comments its just not on!!!! He should be a professional!!!! If I would be overweight or disable, would he do that too and laugh at me as well? It wasnt nice experience, I am very disappointed.

Sat here in nerve pain of some sort for 2 months thinking it will go away. Realising this wasn't going to fix itself I reached out to a few physios in LB but the others felt too corporate for my liking. I prefer the person answering the call to know what they're talking about. Paid for a 1 hour session which then lasted 1hr 20! No rush, tried a load of positions to then establish what was causing the pain. Lent me a walking stick and showed me some glute strengthening excercices and now just 24 hours later i definitely feel an improvement. I like the banter and the straight talking element. I want my health professional to not dance around the Bush. Ross does not do this! Felt very comfortable (even with my pain). Definitely recommend and definitely will be back.... If not at least to return the walking stick
