This change has certainly improved the overall experience at this fuel station. The staff has also undergone some changes, contributing positively to the atmosphere. The lady currently working behind the counter is delightful to interact with, making customers feel welcomed and valued. While there used to be a gentleman who made the experience less enjoyable, his absence has made a noticeable difference. Overall, Shell Garage in Leighton Buzzard has improved significantly in terms of both pricing and customer service. We are happy to give it a 4-star rating and recommend it to those looking for a pleasant and more affordable fuel stop in the area.

Went to pay and very glad I checked the receipt. They had tacked on a chocolate bar and an ice cream to the bill. Went back in to argue and ask why they did it. No explanation and quickly gave back the overcharge in cash. Like they new it was coming or were prepared. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

Went to this place last night at around 11pm and asked the gentleman to get 2 things from store for me. Extremely miserable man, seemed he couldn't be bothered ,he went reluctantly. Disgraceful customer service, if you can't be bothered to do your job find another. If I was your boss I'd sack you without hesitation. Will not be using this garage again. I expect good customer service
