Steve Latham & Co

I contacted Steve through the Right Move website. We arranged a time for him to call to make an Appraisal of our property in view to sell. I received no confirmation email or text. No Covid health and safety checks. And had to ring the office and confirm the appointment myself. On the day of the appointment Steve didnt arrive. After waiting half an hour, ringing the office and getting an answering machine, he called me back. He Obviously had no idea who I was. I said we had an appointment, this morning he Replied well Im obviously not there! where am I meant to be? I gave him my name and address he said he was sorry and has totally forgot! He did offer to call round in 30 minutes. Unfortunately the unprofessional phone manner the lack of customer service. left me feeling that Steve was not the right person to entrust such a an important and stressful undertaking. This was not the first impression of someone Id trust to sell our home. I shall not be using Steve and I cannot recommend him!

We've used Steve for 3 house moves during our 16 years living in Leighton. Our dealings with other Agents in town during house hunts have been with sleazy and pushy individuals. Both Steve and Wendy have always been polite, professional and prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve Latham & Co
