        Had a big project to do, someone had said try their they are really nice. Well armed with a list of what I needed I went in. Well, did the helpful staff have a day off? I entered the shop which was empty. Said morning to the two staff behind the screens. They looked up and didnt even say hello. They could see I was looking but didnt even bother to come out from behind the screen. So back to Neddlecraft in Hemel where we are greeted with a smile.
