I know Christmas is a busy period but they've had 3 weeks to explain the situation and give a revised eta. If this is a legit business then their customer service is shocking!!!
Update 21 Jan 2018:
In response to this negative review I finally got a refund.
It was explained to me that the light I had ordered was out of stock and that they would supply the light "free of charge" once in stock as way of an apology.
The free light did finally arrive last week, and was as described. I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, but I'm still not sure I would recommend this business
