NOT SAFE TO STORE! What I once thought to be a safe place to store my valuable belongings turned out to not be the case. A supposedly secure site with a gold rated nsi security system would deter people from breaking in but that does nothing as a group of thieves can just push the main gate open and spend 3+ hours in the site going through people's valuables and taking what they want and almost knowing they will get away with it. From the beginning myself and many others felt like it was being brushed under the rug and police being told to not bother investigating as they were wearing masks and gloves. It just doesn't feel right that someone who runs a business wouldn't want the police investigating after tens of thousands of pounds worth of customers belongings are stolen from your site, and with blood being found at the crime scene you would want police to follow it up. With alot of lies being told about the whole thing, one minute there's footage of the brake in then there isn't footage then there's people being told the cables to the camera system got cut. Me personally knowing theres footage just shows that someone is lying. Just seems very suspicious to me, it does lead you to think. Maybe it's a inside job? Many believe so but who knows. The way they acted seemed like they've had units broken into before and this was just another day at the office. With the way this was handled it probably wont be the last time this will happen so to anybody who might be reading this please think twice about using this business as its not safe.

Con artist hides inside job on the containers being emptied No insurance won't help police avoid or loose your stuff

My partner and 3 other customers units have been broken into here, no security systems in place. Site manager told police not to bother coming out and has given out misinformation regarding cctv to multiple parties involved, no compensation, no insurance and no help provided. Thieves were on site for 2-3 hours uninterrupted when the site manager lives on site?. DO NOT STORE
