I cant sing the praises enough of Andrew and the team at the Leighton Buzzard branch of Urban & Rural. Today I had to make the awful and dreaded decision of pulling out of my sale & purchase due to the massive hike in interest rates and cost of living having a impact on the affordability of the property purchase. Andrew was incredible, dealing with the news sympathetically and fully understanding the reasoning behind my decision. What potentially could have been a very awkward conversation ended up being one that made me feel better and confirmed that I had indeed picked the right estate agent. When this crazy world calms down, I know without question that I will be back in touch with them - that will save me time getting three valuations! Thank you so much to all the team for their care and respect during the whole process. If you think estate agents are all sharks - you can have confidence that these guys are far from that.

Highly recommend Urban and Rural who helped us with our first property purchase. From the initial viewing, to helping us secure our offer (which was closed, so we followed their guidance) to putting us in touch with Amanda at Home Start Legal (who was a great communicator and very friendly), it's been a great experience. We were given a lovely home welcome pack when we collected the keys. We would definitely look to work with them again.

We recently purchased our house through Urban & Rural. The whole process was made much less stressful by the fact we could easily contact Darren and Michella who would look into updates and get back to us promptly. Even after the move, we still had no issues contacting them for any slight issues we had regarding the property contents.
