I received my visits as a gift due to suffering crippling migraines . I was very apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease in minutes. We had a long chat regarding what could be causing the problems, Sian was so easy to talk to she took the session and a lovely pace and you weren't made to feel rushed . It was like I had been going there for years . She has a great knowledge in her field. The treatments have been amazing and so far touch wood, not even a headache , which I was experiencing daily . I would highly recommend her to anyone

I have had 3 treatments on my knees and legs. What a difference it is already making. Looking forward to getting more mobile. A great start.

I recently trained for and ran a half marathon. Two days before the race, I suffered back pain so bad I thought Id have to withdraw from the run. Sian treated me that day and the following day. On race day, I woke up with no back pain, feeling good and ready to run. Since the race Ive had aches in my left hamstring and glutes. After one treatment, my aches have disappeared!! I went to see Sian after an injury, when my knee wasnt getting better and the crutches had injured my shoulder too. The knee was improved quickly with massage and trigger release, I frequently fell asleep during treatments as the atmosphere was so relaxing and Sian created blends of aromatherapy oils specifically for me. The shoulder took more work with fascia release, but in the end I had more movement in my shoulder than Id had since a car accident in 1994! Sian goes above and beyond and gets results. Highly recommend!
