Not recommended. Not a good service for me. Will definitely avoid in the future. The lady who served me picked a key from the very large rack of keys and copied my key on the machine. The new key was placed in a plate hanging up in front of the keys and she seemed to realise the key she had just cut was not really a close enough match to my key. Sure enough the new key does not fit my lock. In my opinion, the lady who served me realised this would not fit but rather than sorting and selecting the right key and doing the job correctly so I would only need one visit. Instead, It was left with if you have to pop it back make sure you bring a key with some identification on.. "It is this difference in service that changes this feedback from a 1 star to a 5 star". If more time and care had been taken to select the right key I would have only needed one visit and i would have been happy and left 5 stars I should have realised at that point I had selected the wrong store to visit. It is not just a "pop" back for me. It has been a waste of time and albeit a small amount of money but I am not going to waste more time bringing the key back while it would seem random keys are selected off the board and cut until hopefully one random day the right key is chosen..
