        XL Pools have been working with Hanna instruments for around 2 years now and have installed a round 10 units for us. The initial sale to final completion is outstanding and we can not fault any of their services.         The instruments from hanna are of a throw away quality. Having tried a range of pH testers, a Do2 meter, Aquaculture photometer and ammonia checker I have found them all apart from the ammonia checker to be unreliable in a very short space of time. The customer service is polite but unfortunately hanna don't stand by the promised guarantee. I have followed all advise from hannah using hannah brand fluid to properly maintain this kit to no avail. A very short sited approach to looking after your customers, a shame.
