        Well organised, with excellent covid management in place. Makes for a safe place to train. Trainers excellent and really encouraging and push you to improve. Added yoga to the list if training sessions which I intend to have a go at. Highly recommend them as a place to train

        Quite simply the best place I've ever trained I've never been as fit and strong as I have been in the last few years the set up and atmosphere and camaraderie are what sets this place apart coupled with the clear for all to see passion of both the owners and all the trainers it simply can't be beaten. My son also does kid fit and absolutely loves it. Gym has also now had an amazing refurb and is better than ever.
