(Translated by Google) I am impressed by the patience and correctness of the people who work in the system, by the attention with which they treat each of the people visiting the center. (Original) , , , , .

Inept is what I would class this job centre as. Dont get me wrong there are some good advisors, but the managers are typical mid level bureaucrats who in the real world wouldnt even last a week, but being cushioned by the perks and privileges of being civil servants coast along with a plethora of excuses why they cant with zero reasons why they can.

A very kind blond lady saw me 1st to view documents on my 1st appointment, she was easy to talk to, compassionate, professional, have very good communication and interpersonal skills, she understands psychology and i had a great fluent interaction with her. But then, I had a negative interactions from the start with coach Annette. I ended up having awful anxiety and panic attacks due to the pressure i was under. I suffer from poor mental health and the way she communicated with me was rather awkward, rude, aggravating and highly insensitive except in the journal. I felt her way of communicating would be better suited in a correctional jail with her being an officer. Regardless of her perception of anyone she comes in contact with at this centre, it's commonly applied ethics to treat people with respect and compassion. It's not because we are going through difficulties or have invisible disabilities that we deserve any less common human decency. I'm very respectful to others and expect the same. I don't feel comfortable at all that someone who displays such disregard has all my personal data. I hope she can adapt a better attitude if that's how she generally treats people, one can always improve when there's awareness.
