I explained to the receptionist that I had been advised back in April 2022 I was on a 10 week waiting list for something and she went on to update me that that particular service wasnt available through the surgery anymore, followed up with laughter. To say that I am less than impressed is an understatement - this surgery deserves to be shut down their reputation as unhelpful, rude and utterly useless prevails them regardless of who has managed it over the years.
