Booked an appointment to get a date 4 months in the future. Confirmed with a phone call couple of days before to be told on the day when I turned up that the check up would be private (56), as opposed to NHS (23) and they can only apologise for their reception staff not making me aware when I booked or even when I confirmed 2 days earlier. Apparently I wasnt the only one affected, which makes their service even worse as its an error thats repeated! Absolute joke and a waste of an unpaid day off from work. I have major anxiety about going to the dentist however the dentist here is lovely and very kind always teaching me about tooth hygiene. Also the lovely Sara hyginest is very delicate as I'm pregant and I hate needles she always give me a good clean without injections and does amazing job. Taking into consideration my mental health at all time's. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolute circus. Booked an appointment six months in advance only to be told five months later it had been cancelled. Booked again only to be told it had been cancelled again. Waste of space. No use to man nor beast.

By far one of the best dentists I have been too, Bim, Amna and her team are amazing! Would definitely recommend this practice..
