        Absolutely shocking and rude behaviour by the delivery driver , extremely unprofessional. Driver left the heavy item on my driveway and told me to take it inside myself . Later he mentioned that if he can carry items I should be able to carry it alone too.

        Absolute shambles! Booked a collection for express delivery, due to to collected Friday, not collected, not collected on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday either despite numerous promises, now Thursday and still not collected even though supposedly marked as urgent. Impossible to get through by phone, constantly engaged on one number and the other rings then hangs up.
