The worst place in world to work, one person doesn't know what other doing. Wages wrong 3 times in a row and when they did give me what was owed they deducted it the following wk. Still waiting for wages owed

Worked for these for 5 months as an area manager Bit of a joke no time to manage as always cover cleaning delivering stock. with this company you need 3 hats cover cleaner delivery driver and manager unfortunately you don't get much chance Of putting on the managers hat account manager hasn't got a clue send out cover cleaners on a 35 mile road trip to cover a 2 hour clean and don't Pay for time travelling. absolutely awful organizational skills plus when you leve you don't Get paid

I had a friend who used to work for this company and it came up when we were talking about the worst places we've ever worked. Poor organisation, poor planning, high expectations for low recognition/reward and generally apathetic about how they treat the staff. He told me turnover was terrible and they'd rather hire someone new than fix the problems. he said more than once that they sent people to cover shifts and it took more time and money to get there then the job itself or what they earned. He has also insinuated that some of the more glowing recommendations come from family members and not actual customers. He didn't want to post himself but said it'd be okay if i did but didn't mention him by name. TL:DR , a company more focused on outside perspectives than internal staff perspective.
